Go To Market Enablement - Team Lead
About the Role
The Go-To-Market enablement team lead is responsible for driving successful product launches and ensuring GTM teams are fully equipped to position, sell, and support new offerings. This role blends strategic product marketing with enablement, focusing on creating compelling messaging, launch frameworks, and training programs that accelerate adoption and revenue impact.
You will manage a team and partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to design and execute GTM strategies that bring products to market effectively and empower our teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities• GTM Strategy & Launch Planning• Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.• Develop launch frameworks that define messaging, positioning, and enablement requirements.• Product Positioning & Messaging• Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for target personas.• Create and ensure correct use of content aligned to the companies narrative • Content Development• Build high-impact enablement assets such as launch kits, playbooks, presentations.• Ensure content is engaging, actionable, and aligned with GTM workflows.• Training & Enablement• Design and deliver training programs to prepare GTM teams for new product launches.• Implement certification programs to validate readiness and drive confidence.• Measurement & Optimization• Define KPIs for product launch success (adoption, pipeline impact, certification completion).• Use data-driven insights to refine future GTM strategies and enablement programs.
Qualifications• 5+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS or technology.• 2+ years managing a team• Proven success in GTM implementation with growth in targeted areas/regions.• Strong communication and storytelling skills.• Ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear, actionable messaging.• Strong influencing and communication skills a must. Prior experience in public speaking is a plus.• Experience working closely with Product teams on product enhancement and process optimization.• Strong product knowledge, from offering and provisioning to onboarding, functionalities, and monetization strategies.• Solid understanding and related experience in full sales cycle. • Possesses an operational focus/mindset and can work with a lot of moving parts easily.• Preferred experience in working on complex SaaS products - even better if it is in the personalization eco system
Chicago Base Salary: 120,000-130,000
