Job Description

Leads the go-to-market strategy for the Elan Financial Services Credit Card business, driving client activation, sales enablement, training, and engagement initiatives that support client growth, satisfaction, retention, and new account acquisition. Establishes and communicates key performance indicators to measure performance and business outcomes, leveraging insights to optimize execution and strengthen client success. Manages teams responsible for client activation, sales enablement, training, customer retention initiatives, and client event planning, ensuring financial institutions have the resources, education, and support needed to maximize program performance. Partners closely with relationship management, sales, product, technology, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable programs and experiences that deepen client relationships, accelerate adoption, and drive sustainable growth.


Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
Preferred Skills/Experience

- Advanced knowledge of competitive market and banking or credit card services. - Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

- Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages

- MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus

Location Expectations:
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
