Position Summary
This role reports to the SVP of Marketing and plays an essential role within the Marketing team to produce
creative assets and campaigns for corporate and Loan Officer use.
Responsibilities
-Serve as part of growing design team to help lead and collaborate closely with upper management to
create and develop various campaigns with full responsibility for the design process, from concept to final
execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
-Design emails, direct mail pieces, print materials, social media assets, and more in various formats (HTML,
PSD, PDF, jpg, etc.) to support our brand and our loan officers
-Interact weekly with our team of Loan Officers to provide personalized marketing materials to help them
grow their businesses without straying from Renovo’s brand guidelines
-Utilize multiple APIs and custom integrations with other services to deliver and serve content to and from
our various platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Console, WordPress, and all social
platforms)
-Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the Marketing Team, ensuring the successful execution of
high-impact design projects and the continuous elevation of the brand's visual identity
-Develop campaign and concept ideas with SVP in pitch deck format to have cohesive picture of campaign
deliverables before execution
-Follow our rigorous QA processes to ensure flawless delivery of all assets
-Ensure on-time and problem-free campaign launches by partnering closely with the SVP of Marketing to
understand project deliverables and timelines
-Make appropriate design decisions about line breaks, text size, alignment, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience of 2-4 years
• Preference of someone in surrounding Chicagoland area

• Prioritizes the customer and related customer experience (the client is Renovo’s LO)
• Strong organizational, project management and critical thinking skills with impeccable multi-tasking

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experienced in Microsoft` Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
• Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Hootsuite or other social media dashboards strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Canva strongly preferred
