The Graphic Design role reports to the Property Marketing Design Manager. The Graphic Designer will work with the design team and marketing team to execute the strategic vision of the Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), working on special projects, presentations and property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners. Responsible for supporting visual marketing and service line needs by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under strict deadlines using Adobe CC on a PC platform.Job Description
Responsibilities:- Support requirements of incoming requests from marketing leadership and fee-earners as it relates to creative support:
- Attend strategy sessions with marketing and communications leadership, fee-earners and research as required
- Develop materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions
- Develop creative materials and perform the production and quality control of marketing collateral, reporting progress to Property Marketing Design Manager
- Reviewing draft presentations with Design Manager and/or Marketing Manager
- Finalize creative property marketing for distribution
- Coordinate production of materials, including packaging artwork, assembling final layouts for print and; preparing notes and instructions for printers; and liaising with Marketing Coordinators and Marketing leadership as needed
- Create marketing materials that adhere to comprehensive and detailed company brand standards
- Design and format marketing materials including branding, property brochures, marketing boards, flyers, direct mail, e-blasts, postcards, pop-up banners, and event invitations
- Create maps to illustrate relevant information regarding the property being marketed
- Create tables, charts, graphs, illustrations, and other visuals in a highly efficient manner
- Demonstrate a high level of creative development and production skill
- Managing creative requirements, expectations and deadlines for all projects
- Prioritize total workload with marketing team and leadership (as appropriate)
- Communicate to internal clients the priority, progress, deadlines and outstanding questions regularly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Communications or related discipline preferred
- 3+ years of graphic design experience or any similar combination of education and experience
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of html is a bonus and digital marketing methods
- Understand, design, and use infographics and iconography to create effective visual communication
- Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plus
- Proven record of providing outstanding internal and external customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
