The Opportunity
The Group Insurance Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional service and operational support to participants, plan sponsors, institutional customers, and internal business partners through the accurate administration of group insurance products. This role serves as a critical link between customers and the organization by ensuring enrollment, eligibility, beneficiary, and recordkeeping transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and enters enrollment information into various systems, ensuring high accuracy.
• Handles benefit plan referrals from call center and units within the organization.
• Will establish, maintain, and enhance favorable relationships with internal and external customers, plan participants, attorneys, etc.
• Maintains data in automated systems; troubleshoots and corrects problems.
• Helps conduct research on escalated cases.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Participate in customer calls and meetings to explain processes, procedures, and resolve issues.
• Recommend workflow, form, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Adapt quickly to new responsibilities and a fast-changing work environment.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain accuracy and high-quality work while performing in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 yrs. relevant business experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work with good time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

The expected salary range for this position is $41,600 - $57,100 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
