Job Overview

At Relativity, we build software to help organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. Our e-discovery SaaS platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations worldwide – including law firms, Fortune 500 companies and government agencies - to manage large volumes of data and help users quickly identify key documents and create work product during litigation, internal investigations, and other legal data intelligence use cases. Relativity is building on its industry-leading position to deliver the most advanced AI-powered legal intelligence platform.
As Group Product Manager, you will lead claiR — Relativity's new conversational AI experience tailored to lawyers— end to end. You'll own the product vision, lead the claiR product management team, and stay hands-on with critical product work as claiR moves toward general availability.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success bringing a generative AI product to market and driving adoption, experience managing and developing a team of product managers, and exceptional cross-functional communication skills that build alignment across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Job Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities

  • Own claiR's product vision, ensuring a cohesive experience across agent capabilities, canvases, data and context management, and collaboration.
  • Develop a clear, repeatable story of what success with claiR looks like, and help equip sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to tell it consistently.
  • Lead and coach the claiR product management team, setting priorities and managing cross-workstream dependencies.
  • Partner with design and engineering to translate product vision into shippable roadmap decisions that promote rapid learning.
  • Lead near-term, hands-on product work for near-term capabilities focused on skills extensibility.
  • Facilitate strategic planning in partnership with other product and engineering teams.
  • Serve as the product lead for a set of customers, building direct relationships and incorporating their feedback into roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams on customer enablement, messaging, and pricing strategy for new capabilities, and travel regularly to customer sites for discovery and feedback.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience successfully managing a team of Product Managers.
  • Experience with AI- or LLM-powered products, particularly conversational agents.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align a shared platform team's roadmap without direct authority over it.
  • Experience in legal technology, e-discovery, or another compliance-sensitive enterprise domain.

Minimum qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in software product management, including experience owning a product's architecture end to end.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic altitude (roadmap, planning, architecture trade-offs) and tactical altitude (writing specs, running sprints, unblocking engineering).
  • Strong customer-facing skills, with experience serving as a trusted, named point of contact for enterprise customers.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer onsites.
  • Formal / collegiate education is not required to be considered for this role.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
