We're looking for a Growth & Demand Generation Manager who lives and breathes pipeline. Someone who wakes up thinking about conversion rates, gets excited by a well-built HubSpot workflow, and can't resist testing a new channel or tactic. You'll own the full funnel—from first touch to sales handoff—building the systems that turn curious visitors into qualified opportunities. If you're the kind of person who's already subscribed to five MarTech newsletters and has opinions on attribution models, we want to talk.
To Apply: Send your resume and a brief note on a paid campaign you're proud of—what you tested, what you learned, and what you'd do differently.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Own the demand generation engine—design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, content syndication, nurture sequences) that generate and qualify leads at scale
- Run relentless experimentation across channels, messaging, sequences, and timing—document everything, kill losers fast, and double down on winners
- Master HubSpot like it's your product—build and optimize workflows, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and automation that makes our marketing smarter every day
- Own full-funnel attribution—build the models that prove marketing's impact on revenue and use them to make better decisions
- Bring our story to life across website, campaigns, and GTM materials—bridging content strategy, campaign execution, and sales enablement
- Hunt for leverage—constantly evaluate new tools, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities that multiply output without multiplying headcount
- Optimize the MQL→SQL handoff—partner obsessively with sales to refine lead quality and accelerate velocity
- Collaborate with our Performance Marketing Manager on paid strategy and with Field & Customer Marketing on events
- Support product launches and partner activations with campaigns that actually move the needle
Key Qualifications
- 3–6 years in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- HubSpot power user—you've built workflows, lead scoring models, and attribution reports that actually get used
- Proven track record building campaigns that generated real, measurable pipeline (not just MQLs that go nowhere)
- Deep experience with full-funnel attribution—you understand the models, their limitations, and how to use them to drive decisions
- Genuinely obsessed with MarTech—you're always testing the latest tools, reading about emerging strategies, and looking for the next edge
- Strong content instincts—you can write compelling copy and know what makes campaigns convert
- Analytical to your core—spreadsheets, dashboards, and data are where you find clarity
- Experience across email marketing, webinars, lead nurturing, and content syndication
Thrive Here If
- You'd rather test a hypothesis than debate it
- You get genuinely curious about niche industries
- You see constraints as creative fuel, not roadblocks
- You take ownership of outcomes, not just activities
