Job Summary
The Manager Growth Transportation- Fleet, reports to the Director of Growth in the Midwest and will serve as a direct contributor to the overall efficiency and optimization of our organization through development and deployment of all growth activities and projects.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development: Manage team leaders and or client advisors, support team development and growth goals. The manager will be responsible for full cycle hiring decisions, coaching, performance management, promotions, and terminations in conjunction with Human Resources.
Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the Director of Growth and implement comprehensive growth strategies specific to the Commercial Lines sector. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in alignment with organizational objectives.
New Business Development: Prospect, identify, and cultivate new client relationships within the industry. Leverage existing networks and industry knowledge to uncover business prospects and convert leads into clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients in the Division. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to clients.
Market Expansion: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the industry. Identify opportunities to expand our service offerings or geographic reach.
Revenue Growth: Execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Drive the team leaders to support client advisors in meeting and exceeding goals. Track and report progress on revenue growth initiatives. Encouraged to grow the production within the entire region within given specialty and drive cross-sell opportunities.
Operational Excellence: Work with division team members to prepare property and casualty insurance submissions for new business prospects and renewing accounts including, but not limited to: Insurance specifications for each line of coverage, loss summaries, prospect profile, exposure schedules, etc.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and human resources to ensure alignment with growth strategies, compliance, and Acrisure modeling. Desire to mentor new and existing producers within the specialty and how to close new opportunities.
Process Improvement and Technology Integration: Support process optimization, automation, and streamlining, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Ensuring internal solutions and technology are being adopted and leveraged in a manner that maximizes client retention, growth and overall profitability. Partner with the Operations team to optimize and drive growth across the lines of business.
Requirements
Active P&C license
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques, performance catalysts and reward/recognition and incentive strategies.
Experience supporting business development lifecycle.
Can self-motivate and motivate others to achieve and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent business and people decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities
Can model positive energy and handle stress in the face of challenges, deadlines, and aggressive financial commitments.
Deep understanding of markets, clients, and competitors
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent insurance experience.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries
Excellent leadership and coaching ability; articulate and dynamic public presence
Travel:
Up to 25% of time required- within Midwest Territory

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $115,175 - $178,860. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
