What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the reactivation and growth of a focused portfolio of high-potential Foodsby accounts.
- Develop account-level growth strategies to increase employee awareness, activation, order frequency, retention, and overall account value within 5-week timeframe.
- Design and execute growth experiments across client communications, promotions, on-site activations, restaurant offerings, and other potential growth levers.
- Partner closely with Foodsby’s Entrepreneur in Residence to define hypotheses, prioritize tests, evaluate results, and determine what should be scaled, refined, or discontinued.
- Analyze account performance and user behavior to identify the highest-impact growth opportunities and establish clear targets for each account.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from clients and end users to identify barriers to adoption, unmet needs, and opportunities to improve the Foodsby experience.
- Contribute to the development of Foodsby’s growth processes, tools, and operating standards as the business continues to refine its product-market fit.
- You have 3–5+ years of experience in growth, account management, business operations, consulting, or another results-oriented role. Startup or early-stage business experience is a plus.
- You are a proactive, resourceful problem solver who identifies opportunities, develops a point of view, and moves quickly from insight to action.
- You are energized by diagnosing growth challenges, testing new approaches, and determining what actually drives measurable results.
- You can independently assess an account, identify the highest-impact opportunities, combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable personally driving the work needed to create momentum.
- You are highly experimental and comfortable forming hypotheses, running tests, learning from unsuccessful approaches, and iterating quickly.
- You are commercially minded and naturally look for ways to increase activation, engagement, order frequency, retention, and account value.
- You are comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments without waiting for established processes, detailed instructions, or perfect information.
- You communicate clearly and can align cross-functional partners around priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and desired outcomes.
- You take ownership of results, maintain urgency, and persist in finding new paths when the first approach does not work.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No phone calls or recruiters please.
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. The salary is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to: work experience, training, location and skills.
