Luma’s mission is to build unified general intelligence that can generate, understand, and operate in the physical world.
We believe that multimodality is critical for intelligence. To go beyond language models and build more aware, capable and useful systems, the next step function change will come from vision. So, we are working on training and scaling up multimodal foundation models for systems that can see and understand, show and explain, and eventually interact with our world to effect change.
As Luma’s Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll architect the strategy that fuels our next stage of expansion. You’ll define our growth vision, build and manage a high-performing team and partners, and design scalable systems that turn experimentation into repeatable success. You’ll oversee the full growth engine, from optimizing existing channels to discovering new ones, and ensure every initiative ladders up to measurable, sustainable adoption of our products.
This role blends creativity and rigor: you’ll shape the strategy, set the roadmap, and still dive deep where it matters. If you’re a data-driven leader who loves building from zero to one, inspires teams to move fast, and thrives on turning bold ideas into measurable impact, you will fit right in. Founders or builders who have worn the "growth hat" before, this might be your calling.
- Dive into analytics to identify growth levers and double down on what is working
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design to optimize the user journey and conversion funnel

- Build, test, and automate growth systems using modern tools without waiting for permission
- Drive product decisions to improve conversion and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across all touchpoints
- Ideate and execute rapid A/B tests, SEO initiatives, and email or performance campaigns
The Essentials
- 7+ years of growth and/or marketing experience in product-led or community-driven companies
- Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes, especially revenue growth, through growth and marketing channels
- Hands-on experience with growth tools such as automation, SEO, analytics, and campaign management
- Analytical and data-driven mindset; you measure, test, learn, and repeat
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a high-velocity environment
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to executive level partners
- Founder or early-stage startup experience; you have done this before even if it was not your title
- Experience in creative, AI, or community-based products
- Fluency in experimentation frameworks and performance metrics
- A genuine obsession with growth loops, virality, and system design
- You love figuring out how to grow something from zero to one
- You are endlessly curious and have an experiment-first mindset
- You are happiest when testing, iterating, and learning fast
- You enjoy blending creative storytelling with data-driven decision making
- You want to help define the growth culture at one of the most exciting AI startups in the world
- Expanding Luma, our multimodal foundation product for creativity
- Building intelligent creative tools that feel like magic
- Scaling a fast-growing creator community exploring what is possible with generative AI
- Experimenting with entirely new ways people interact with visual imagination
The base pay range for this role is $200,000 – $240,000 per year.
