The Position
YCharts is expanding our reach with enterprise firms-and we're hiring a marketer who can help us do it smarter, faster, and with greater impact. As Growth Marketing Specialist, Enterprise, you'll lead go-to-market strategies tailored to our highest-value client segments, supporting revenue goals through personalized, data-informed campaigns and strategic content.
You'll sit at the intersection of ABM, product marketing, and sales enablement-partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver relevant, resonant messaging to enterprise audiences. This role is built for a self-starter who thrives in a cross-functional environment and knows how to turn insight into action.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Enterprise Growth
  • Own the enterprise audience vertical from acquisition to conversion to account expansion
  • Lead the execution of ABM programs that target key enterprise accounts, leveraging insights and personalization to accelerate the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing activities with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Proactively bring new campaign ideas and facilitate recurring ideation workshops with the enterprise sales team, including partnership concepts, thought leadership themes, executive outreach plays, and vertical-specific narratives
  • Build multi-channel campaigns (email, content, webinars, digital) to engage priority accounts and influence decision-makers
  • Track campaign and pipeline performance, proactively sharing insights and optimizing programs based on results, sales feedback, and market dynamics

Create Content That Converts
  • Develop high-impact marketing assets such as case studies, emails, landing pages and presentations that speak directly to enterprise challenges
  • Create and maintain enterprise sales enablement materials including one-pagers, competitive takeout assets, pitch decks, and procurement support resources
  • Collaborate with content & design to ensure consistency, clarity, and brand alignment
  • Leverage performance data and client insights to refine content strategy and distribution

Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a connective tissue between marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams
  • Share campaign insights and strategic updates with internal stakeholders
  • Offer ideas to improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and enterprise account coverage
  • Partner with product marketing to craft messaging that reflects the priorities of enterprise users
  • Assist in creating sales enablement materials tailored to top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel conversations

Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with direct experience in enterprise (Large RIA)
  • Demonstrated experience building and launching campaigns from concept to execution, including campaign ideation, positioning, messaging development, channel strategy, asset creation, launch planning, and post-launch optimization
  • Hands-on knowledge of ABM programs and CRM/marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Influ2, DemandBase or similar)
  • Strong content development skills and editorial judgment
  • A strategic mindset,a bias toward action, and experience with measuring impact of omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

Bonus:
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
  • Familiarity with product marketing frameworks and go-to-market execution
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content distribution best practices
  • Comfortable creating and/or hosting video content

Compensation
At YCharts, we are committed to pay equity and transparency in all locations, including compliance with local pay disclosure requirements: the Total Cash Compensation range is $65,000 - $97,000 USD inclusive of bonuses and variable compensation. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
