About Coinflow

Coinflow is the next-generation payment service provider revolutionizing global financial infrastructure with stablecoins, AI-driven fraud prevention, and instant settlement. Coinflow enables businesses to grow faster with instant settlement, fraud & chargeback indemnity, global pay-ins, multi-currency FX, and unified payouts. Founded in 2023, the company serves marketplaces, fintechs, remittance providers, gaming platforms, and ecommerce merchants worldwide.

Since our seed round in 2024, we’ve achieved 23x revenue growth and scaled to multi-billion-dollar annual transaction volume. In response to this growth, Coinflow announced a $25M Series A in October 2025—led by Pantera Capital, CMT Digital, Coinbase Ventures, Jump Crypto, and Reciprocal Ventures—accelerating our mission to power the world’s fastest-moving businesses with innovative, reliable global payments.

Coinflow is proudly headquartered in Chicago, IL. Learn more at coinflow.cash.

Role Overview

Coinflow's marketing team is small, fast-moving, and punches well above its weight. We operate as both an internal and external service org, running a packed events calendar, a multi-voice, multi-channel content engine, and community programs that convert.

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day execution across content, community, social, and events as we continue scaling. This role reports directly to our Head of Marketing.

Plainly: you'll turn strategy into shipped work — cultivating growth with content, community, and events. You’ll see creative ideas come to fruition, generating revenue for one of the fastest-growing startups in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Execution: Own the strategic and operational backbone of Coinflow's event program — including strategy, logistics, guest lists, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.

  • Community: Keep Coinflow's community and brand initiatives in motion to generate revenue and partnership opportunities.

  • Content Publishing & Distribution: Execute blog posts, social content, newsletters — from draft to publish to reporting.

  • Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day activity, engagement, and reporting across Coinflow's channels, keeping brand voice and vision consistent across accounts.

  • Growth Experiments: Run smaller growth tests — social media experiments, landing page variants, community-led growth loops — in partnership with the marketing and growth team.

  • Market & Competitive Research: Track payments industry trends and competitor moves, and feed what you learn back into content and campaign planning.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field (internship experience counts)

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL to work at least 4 days a week at our Coinflow HQ

  • Strong writing skills — comfortable drafting social copy, blog posts, or newsletter content in an established brand voice

  • Highly organized, with the ability to run multiple content and event workstreams at once without dropping details

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment — this role covers a lot of ground with limited hand-holding

  • Hands-on comfort and curiosity using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to speed up workflows, research, drafting, and day-to-day execution — we expect you to use them, not avoid them

  • Genuine interest in fintech, payments, or stablecoins

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media scheduling or lightweight design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma)

  • Prior internship or early-career experience at a startup or fast-growth company

  • Experience supporting live events — logistics, vendor coordination, or on-site execution

  • Familiarity with the stablecoin, crypto, or broader payments space

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation including base salary and equity

  • The chance to own a highly visible function early in your career, with direct mentorship from Coinflow's Head of Marketing

  • Collaborative environment with regular exposure to Coinflow's founders and leadership team

  • Comprehensive benefits, including health and wellness coverage, 401(k), and flexible time off

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD + equity. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, qualifications, and business needs.

Join the team rewriting how money moves worldwide—and become a driving force in the $194 trillion cross-border payments market.
