Qualifications

You will be: 

  • Client-oriented, with strong advisory, communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Highly skilled at simplifying complexity and articulating strategic insights 
  • A creative yet analytical problem-solver with sound business acumen 
  • Capable of structuring quantitative and qualitative research to inform conclusions 
  • Inclusive, open-minded, and comfortable working with diverse perspectives 
  • Confident managing independent work while thriving in a collaborative team environment 

Required & Preferred Background 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred 
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills 
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience, including consulting or equivalent experience in a strategy, client‑facing, or analytical role 
  • Experience or familiarity with industries such as CPG, technology, healthcare/life sciences, transportation, or others where growth strategy is central 
  • Experience developing strategy within a company or consulting environment (preferred)

Additional Information

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site or at the office.

In compliance with Ilinois Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role.  This salary range is specific to the State of Illinois  and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Salary Range: $127, 200 – 192,600.
