At MNTN, we put our people first, full stop. This allows our company culture to be defined by our team members and their shared values, like trust, ambition, quality, radical honesty, and compassionate leadership. It’s why we all really love working for the Hardest Working Software in Television™ (and also why we were named one of Ad Age’s Best Places To Work in 2026.)

We pride ourselves on bringing unrivaled performance and simplicity to Connected TV advertising. Our self-serve technology makes running TV ads as easy as search and social, helping brands drive measurable conversions, revenue, site visits, and more. It’s what led MNTN to being named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in 2023. You can learn more about us and everything we do by visiting https://mountain.com/.

We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.

So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

At MNTN, we're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations and technical systems, owning the automation, integration, and infrastructure layer that powers our go-to-market motion. You'll partner closely with Marketing Ops to build and maintain the systems that route leads, power web forms, manage email deliverability, and connect our marketing stack end to end. It's a hands-on, build-and-fix role — less platform administration, more engineering applied to GTM systems.

What You'll Own

  • Lead routing logic — building, maintaining, and troubleshooting routing rules across Salesforce, LeanData, and adjacent systems
  • Web form infrastructure — integrations, API connections, and data flow from form submission through to CRM/MAP
  • Inflection workflow builds, campaign automation, and platform maintenance
  • Domain warming and email deliverability — technical setup and ongoing health monitoring across sending infrastructure
  • Cross-system integrations — connecting marketing, sales, and data platforms via APIs and automation tools
  • AI and automation as core infrastructure — building agentic workflows and AI-assisted tooling that reduce manual handoffs across lead qualification, enrichment, and routing
  • Data querying and reporting (SQL/BigQuery) to monitor system health, surface data quality issues, and inform workflow design
  • Diagnosing and fixing breakages across the GTM stack before they become revenue-impacting issues.
  • Trigger Architecture owning the signal and event logic that drives omnichannel touches in real time

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in marketing operations, GTM engineering, or a related technical ops role
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Experience in building and maintaining large scale omnichannel campaigns with long lifecycles
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integration/automation tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, n8n, or custom scripting)
  • Experience with lead routing logic and tools (LeanData or equivalent)
  • Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation)
  • Some experience with sales outreach tools such as Outreach.io, Nooks.ai, Salesloft etc.
  • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Good working knowledge of AI tools and agentic workflows applied to GTM/marketing systems — you treat AI as a core part of how systems get built, not an add-on
  • SQL/BigQuery fluency, and comfort using data to guide workflow and system design decisions
  • Bonus: scripting (Python/JavaScript) and prior GTM/RevOps systems experience
