About the Role

As the Learning Experience Designer (GTM Enablement) at Claroty, you will own the design and development of high-impact learning experiences that strengthen go-to-market execution across our Sales and Sales Engineering organizations: eLearning development, instructor-led training, multimedia learning, and platform management.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement, this role will focus primarily on developing scalable learning programs for Claromates, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively position, pitch, and demonstrate Claroty's solutions.

Working closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, and subject matter experts, you will translate complex technical concepts and real-world field expertise into engaging, structured, and reusable learning experiences delivered through live instruction, eLearning, video, and other digital formats.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop GTM learning experiences for internal audiences focused on discovery, positioning, pitching, and demo execution
  • End-to-end project ownership over development processes for GTM enablement initiatives.
  • Create foundational content covering Claroty's markets, products, solutions, buyer personas, and value propositions for reuse across all audiences
  • Produce engaging multimedia learning assets, including eLearning, microlearning videos, interactive modules, and supporting collateral
  • Develop instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (vILT), webinar, and train-the-trainer programs that enable scalable, expert-led instruction
  • Design and maintain L100 Foundations and L200 Navigation coursework aligned to Claroty's global proficiency framework
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, and other subject matter experts to translate field expertise into effective learning experiences
  • Build modular, reusable learning assets and structured learning paths across LMS, CMS, and Partner platforms
  • Continuously improve content quality and effectiveness through learner feedback, consumption metrics, and GTM performance insights
Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, sales enablement, technical enablement, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing learning programs for Sales, Sales Engineering, or other go-to-market audiences
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and competency-based learning
  • Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, interactive learning modules, and multimedia instructional content
  • Proficiency with learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Easygenerator, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms
  • Experience designing instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, webinar, and blended learning programs
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts, product capabilities, and business value propositions into clear, engaging learning experiences
  • Familiarity with enterprise LMS and CMS platforms, including publishing, organizing, and maintaining digital learning content
  • Strong visual communication and content production skills, including presentation design, video production, and learning asset development
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content development initiatives and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
