ParentSquare is scaling quickly, and our GTM systems, data, and architectural needs are scaling right along with us. As our GTM Systems & Data Manager, you’ll own the backbone of how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Finance operate: CRM, integrations, GTM systems, and the data and automation that tie everything together.
You will bring structure, clarity, and technical leadership to a team that is operational but in need of stronger data governance, better architectural planning, and an owner who can help us scale our systems with intention.
Critically, this role will help ParentSquare evolve from reactive GTM operations to intelligent, insight-driven operations using AI, automation, and strong data foundations to surface risk, prioritize action, and reduce manual burden across teams.
You will be the people leader and technical manager for our GTM Systems Architect, ensuring clear direction, a cohesive roadmap, and support to build scalable, flexible, and well-governed systems. You will also have individual contributor responsibilities.
Most importantly, you’re someone who shares in our passion for improving the lives of students through communication.
