Position Summary

The GVP & Global GM, ORACLE Services is a senior executive responsible for leading and driving global revenue performance across Rimini Street’s ORACLE Services portfolio, including ORACLE Support (L4), Application Management Services (AMS), and ORACLE Consulting (Consult). This role carries full quota responsibility for the Company Operating Plan (COP) for all invoicing related to ORACLE Services globally, encompassing both Renewals and New Client Invoicing (NCI).

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the GVP & Global GM will be accountable for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, driving sales execution, and ensuring alignment across sales, solution engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to achieve aggressive growth targets. This role can be located anywhere within the US, ideally close to an Rimini Street office location.

This role requires balanced global engagement and travel across all major geographies—NAMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, to support strategic deals, foster regional alignment, and ensure consistent performance against the ORACLE Services Operating Plan

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership: Own and deliver the global ORACLE Services revenue target, including renewals and new client acquisition across L4, AMS, and Consult offerings.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement global sales strategies to drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal velocity, and expand market share in ORACLE Services.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with regional GMs, Sales Leadership, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure cohesive execution and customer success.
  • Renewals Management: Oversee global ORACLE Support renewals performance, ensuring high retention rates and proactive engagement with existing clients.
  • New Business Growth: Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across ORACLE Support, AMS, and Consulting services.
  • Forecasting & Performance Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking aligned to the Operating Plan.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of sales and business development professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence, both matrix and direct reporting teams
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of ORACLE ecosystem trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and product positioning.

Experience and Skills

  • 20+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on ORACLE services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar global revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of ORACLE Support, AMS, and Consulting business models.
  • Experience managing global teams and driving cross-regional alignment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational rigor and execution discipline.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The general OTE range for this type of role is 350k - 500k depending on skills and experience. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be based on several factors such as: a candidate's location, and the level of applicable skills and professional experience. Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
