Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the ARIS strategy, annual business plan, budget, growth roadmap and performance goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand member awareness, participation, engagement and adoption of retirement, investment and insurance services.
  • Use data, pipeline reporting, advisor productivity metrics and member insights to monitor business performance and adjust strategy.
  • Translate business priorities into clear goals, accountabilities and operating routines for the team.
  • Create consistent expectations for advisor productivity, client experience, referral follow-up, compliance discipline and relationship management.
  • Manage external partner relationships to ensure strong execution, service quality, regulatory alignment and business performance.
  • Serve as the primary business leader for ARIS-related partner governance, issue resolution, service improvements and performance reviews.
  • Partner with internal teams to strengthen ARIS’s market position, operating discipline and member value proposition.
  • Lead the development and coordination of sales referral programs, marketing plans, member education, online tools, incentive programs and tracking/reporting systems.
  • Serve as the primary business relationship leader for Alliant’s broker-dealer partnership, ensuring effective coordination across business priorities, advisor support, platform usage, service delivery, compliance expectations, issue resolution and member experience.
  • Partner with the broker-dealer, compliance, risk, legal, third party risk management, marketing, digital and business leaders to ensure ARIS operates with strong governance, clear accountability and disciplined execution.
  • Ensure advisors and support teams effectively use required broker-dealer systems, tools, approved products, reporting, documentation and escalation processes.
  • Lead regular partner reviews and business updates to assess program performance, service quality, advisor enablement, risk/compliance matters and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure business practices, referral activity, marketing materials, documentation, recordkeeping and sales management routines are aligned with applicable regulatory expectations, partner requirements and Alliant policies.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk and external partners to maintain strong controls, clear escalation pathways and sound supervisory practices.
  • Advance a member-centered approach to retirement, investment and insurance services.
  • Lead education, awareness and engagement efforts that help members understand available financial guidance and resources.
  • Ensure the ARIS experience reflects Alliant’s service expectations and strengthens members’ long-term financial well-being.
  • Promote consistent best practices that support responsible growth, high-quality member relationships, strong advisor productivity and appropriate service across member segments.
  • Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem-resolution decisions.

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Finance or related
  • Minimum - 8 Years of Investment, wealth management, brokerage, financial advisory or related financial service industry
  • Minimum - 3 Years of People Management

In Lieu of Education

  • 12 Years of Investment, wealth management, brokerage, insurance, financial advisory or related financial service industry including people management

License/Certifications/Training

  • Preferred - active FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 registrations, with Series 63 and Series 65 or 66

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $149,700.00 to $256,700.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
