Minimum Qualifications
8–10+ years of finance experience within a large or global advertising, media, or digital agency. Proven track record managing AR/AP, forecasting, and financial operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong understanding of agency labor models, utilization, billable vs. non‑billable structures, and staffing allocations.
Experience working with accounting and HRIS systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Deltek, BambooHR, Gusto, or similar.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
