ABOUT US

Rembrand is a company that delivers AI solutions for powering advertising at the speed of culture.  We focus on content as the core way to engage an audience, either placing brands within content through In-Content Advertising or transforming content into high-performance ads with Spaceback.

This role is within Rembrand, which is the AI platform behind In-Content Advertising and the AI tools for Spaceback (Social Creative Intelligence, Social Content Ads). Rembrand enables advertisers to insert sub-pixel, realistic brand integration into TV and Creator content or transform existing content into flexible ad formats. Our Rembrand technology enables video augmentation, not generation, with a level of precision and control no other platform can provide, enabling brands to reach an otherwise unreachable audience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Rembrand is scaling In-Content Advertising (ICA), a fast-emerging answer to a real shift in premium video: viewers are increasingly avoiding traditional ad breaks, and platforms and advertisers alike are looking for formats that work with that shift rather than against it. We're seeking a commercially aggressive, deal-closing leader to own what we see as our biggest growth opportunity: premium supply.

Getting to scale here isn't just a platform negotiation. Every deal has to work for the studios, networks, streaming platforms and content owners upstream who hold the actual rights and clearance authority —  before a single placement can run. This person will own that full chain: striking supply deals directly with the world's largest streaming platforms and networks, while building the studio and content-owner relationships that make those deals clearable at scale. This is the deal-making seat at the center of Rembrand's growth — someone fluent in ad tech, CTV, and streaming economics who can turn advertiser demand into signed, clearable premium supply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Win New Premium Supply

  • Build and close a pipeline of supply deals with the world's largest streaming platforms and networks, plus the studios and content owners upstream who control distribution rights.

  • Navigate rights, clearance directly with Legal, Business Affairs, and content-owner Standards & Practices teams to get titles cleared for ICA.

  • Structure commercial terms, exclusivity, and title/category eligibility that satisfy both platform and content-owner requirements.

  • Prioritize targets based on advertiser demand, market trends, and catalog gaps.

Manage & Grow Existing Content Partners

  • Own relationships with Rembrand's existing publisher, network, and content partners as their primary commercial and operational point of contact.

  • Provide sales enablement and positioning that help partners sell ICA directly to advertisers.

  • Expand existing partnerships into additional content, inventory, and advertiser use cases.

Support Advertiser Demand

  • Partner with sales leadership to respond to advertiser RFPs, translating briefs into content-matched ICA opportunities.

  • Source new content when existing inventory can't meet a campaign, and package experiences into compelling client-facing recommendations.

Operate the ICA Platform

  • Become expert in Rembrand's ICA technology; review content, select scenes, and build experiences that satisfy both campaign and content-owner requirements.

  • Feed Product partner and market input to improve packaging, selling, and activation at scale.

Support Programmatic Expansion

  • Work with Product, the CRO, and BD leadership to make premium ICA supply discoverable and transactable programmatically (SSPs, DSPs, deal IDs) over the next 6–12 months.

ABOUT YOU

  • 10+ years closing enterprise BD or content-licensing deals with major streamers, studios, networks, or premium publishers.

  • Fluency in the ad tech, CTV, and streaming ecosystem, including how viewer ad-avoidance behavior is reshaping platform economics.

  • Working knowledge of media rights and clearance — guild agreements, content-owner approval processes, and how to structure deals that clear them.

  • Track record managing publisher/studio relationships and responding to RFPs with content-led recommendations.

  • Strong commercial instincts and the executive presence to run multiple complex negotiations simultaneously.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Programmatic experience (SSPs, DSPs, deal IDs, supply-path integrations) a strong plus.
