Oversee core financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across accounts payable, cash flow, and treasury while managing global operations and financial systems.
- Responsible for core financial functions such as accounts payable, global cashflow, treasury, and financial systems.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Assist the CFO with cashflow forecasting & budgeting, management & legal cashflow, global cash projections, forex hedging, and timely cash collections.
- Manage global financial operations in accordance with USGAAP and/or IFRS, across entities and jurisdictions including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury, Rewards.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the business, accounting and reporting processes, including creating and maintaining financial controls to ensure accurate records and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient financial systems to support global scaling.
- Optimize working capital and cash flow management through rigorous forecasting and monitoring.
- Cross Collaboration with leaders and departments to ensure operational alignment and shared vision.
- Manage vendor relationships, banking operations, and global payment structures.
- May telecommute.

Salary: $221,312.00 per year
Requirements
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and 7 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered or in an accounting or finance-related occupation.
