The Role

As Head of Growth Marketing at OnePay, you will lead our paid acquisition strategy and execution, driving scalable and efficient user growth while partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Analytics leadership. You will:

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and performance targets across channels, driving scalable user growth

  • Manage CAC, LTV, and unit economics, optimizing for efficient and profitable growth

  • Lead channel execution and continuous optimization across paid media, testing and scaling new opportunities

  • Design high-velocity testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages

  • Optimize conversion across the funnel including landing pages and onboarding through experimentation in partnership with Product

  • Develop and execute strategies to scale investment efficiently while maintaining efficiency targets.

  • Partner with Operations and Analytics on attribution, measurement, forecasting, and budget allocation

  • Manage external performance media agencies to ensure strong execution and accountability.

  • Manage and develop a team of channel marketers, with scope to grow as the program scales

  • Communicate program performance, financial health, and strategic direction to senior leadership.

  • Partner with Google, Meta, TikTok and other platform teams to stay ahead of product changes, betas, and measurement evolutions

  • This is a builder role. We're actively evolving how we measure, expanding into new inventory, building AI-powered campaign automation, and testing creative strategies that don't exist in anyone's playbook yet. You'll have real ownership, a meaningful budget, and the latitude to make the program yours.

You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition within consumer tech, fintech, or high growth B2C companies

  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs while improving efficiency and unit economics

  • Deep expertise across major paid channels including paid social, search, and emerging platforms

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing CAC, LTV, attribution, and forecasting models

  • Experience building and scaling creative testing frameworks and collaborating closely with Brand and Creative teams

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional initiatives with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams

  • Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor
