Job Summary
Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Epic Certified Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst to support optimization, implementation, and operational initiatives across hospital billing and revenue cycle workflows. This role will partner with operational leaders and Epic application teams to improve billing communications, estimates, financial assistance, denials, vendor assignments, workqueues, and patient financial engagement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze, configure, test, and optimize Epic Resolute HB workflows.
  • Support patient statements, detail bills, denial letters, financial assistance communications, follow-up notices, and regulatory letters.
  • Configure Epic Estimates, including templates, automation, and MyChart delivery.
  • Maintain vendor assignment workflows for statement, print, billing, and third-party vendors.
  • Design and optimize billing workqueues, deferred notifications, workflow automation, and account follow-up processes.
  • Support enterprise printing, attorney detail bills, and patient-facing MyChart billing communications.
  • Configure financial assistance workflows, including eligibility, letters, notifications, and self-pay discount tables.
  • Support denial management workflows, reporting, tracking, and reimbursement improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with client billing configuration, account management, testing, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Ensure solutions align with operational needs, regulatory requirements, and Epic best practices.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Current Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification.
  • Hands-on Epic Resolute HB build, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital billing and revenue cycle operations.
  • Experience with billing communications, estimates, MyChart, financial assistance, denials, workqueues, vendor assignments, and client billing.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
