Overview:

We are seeking a strategic HR Benefits Administrator to support our Senior HR Manager in administering comprehensive, global benefits programs. This role is essential for ensuring all employees receive excellent support regarding their health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefit programs. The ideal candidate will combine deep benefits expertise with strong analytical and communication skills, serving as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain all global medical plans, ensuring compliance with benefits regulations and plan terms 
  • Coordinate benefit enrollment processes, support open enrollment across all countries, and manage new hire orientation for benefits onboarding  
  • Serve as primary resource for employee benefit questions and issues, providing expert guidance on plan options and eligibility  
  • Develop deep expertise in medical plans and benefits structure; educate employees and managers on plan options and utilization  
  • Manage benefits compliance across all jurisdictions, including FMLA administration and ACA reporting,   
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate benefit deductions, reconciliation, and timely processing  
  • Conduct benefit audits and analysis  
  • Leverage HRIS system (Paycom) and strong analytical skills to optimize benefits administration, reporting, and decision-making  

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience  
  • Bachelor’s degree or Certification: SHRM-CP or equivalent   
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Efficient with Adobe Pro 
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Paycom or similar platforms)  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly  
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information  
  • Self-sufficient, resourceful, and proactive approach to work

The range below reflects the expected base salary for this position. It represents a good-faith estimate of the base pay we anticipate offering, with actual compensation determined by your experience, education, skills, and performance throughout the interview process. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus (at DV Trading's discretion) and DV Trading's benefits package, including the benefits listed above.
