Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the HR function while driving efficiency using technology, automation, and strong organizational practices. This role offers exposure to all areas of HR and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and takes initiative to improve processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective written communicator who is comfortable working across teams and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, audit, and update employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using available tools and technology.

  • Track and support key HR processes such as pre-employment, onboarding, and performance management to ensure completion and compliance.

  • Compile, analyze, and report on HR data (e.g., surveys, metrics), highlighting trends and insights.

  • Manage and update HR content on the Company’s SharePoint intranet and other file storage platforms.

  • Draft, edit, and distribute employee communications, letters, and memos with a high level of accuracy.

  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions (virtual and in-person), including logistics and follow-ups.

  • Support HR projects by tracking milestones, documenting notes, and managing action items.

  • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Monitor compliance with HR policies and maintain related documentation.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials with strong attention to detail.

  • Handle general administrative coordination including shipping/mailing, expense management, budget tracking, etc.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications           

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • College Degree preferred

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, SharePoint) preferred

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems

Compensation

  • Salary type: Non-exempt 

  • Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

  • Annual Base Salary Range: $28.50 - $33.50 per hour

  • Annual Bonus: 10%
