Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing organization and serve as a key resource for employees and leadership. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions—including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and personnel record management—while helping to cultivate a positive, supportive workplace culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to employees at all levels. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute directly to a scaling organization and play an integral role in strengthening our HR operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
  • Partner with the business on training initiatives, including programs in partnership with local colleges. 
  • General employee relations associated with a scaling organization. 
  • Maintain the confidentiality of personal employee information, company information, records, and related issues in accordance with all the applicable laws.
  • Administration of all employee transfers, leave of absence, change of status and change of employee information.
  • Filing of documents pertaining to employee personnel files, medical files, and work compensation files.
  • Communication with employees about any issues, questions, and concerns. As well, as posting notice of all communication throughout the plant.
  • Administration of all employee benefits, including: Health Insurance, 401K, Company Life Insurance, PTO.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to read, write and speak English effectively
  • Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize.
  • Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and associates.
  • Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives are prerequisites.
  • Strong working knowledge of Human Resources Information System
  • Demonstrated good internal customer service skills
  • Proven presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to navigate complexity and problem solve disputes at times having lack of clarity or ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience working in high-volume production facilities.
  • Experience in both non-union and union environments


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 + 20% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
