As HR Generalist Intern you will:
- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on HR processes, policies, tools and benefits and extend appropriate HR support to employees and managers.
Respond to employee inquiries and ensure that they are taken to successful resolution.
Manage / support HR processes within Hire-to-Retire cycle.
Plan and facilitate seamless new hire onboarding (including orientation), creating a positive new hire experience.
Aid managers and employees in addressing time sensitive requests.
Serve as part of HR Project teams in various capacities, in managing various special HR Projects, as assigned, typically in the areas of transformation, process improvement, HR automation, M&A and so on.
Build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally and collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve individual and team goals.
Manage employee offboarding. Conduct exit interviews and assess information for trends and problem areas.

Creating SOP for the transition of physical HR employee files from our HR System and Analytics Team to our HR People Enablement Team.
Who are you?- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills, with comfort presenting to an audience
- Clear and effective communicator, able to synthesize complex topics into concise messages
- Foundational knowledge of product sales and marketing concepts and strategies
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Self‑starter who can work independently and learn through hands‑on experience
- Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teamsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
This is a part-time paid internship capped at 19 hours per week with a fixed hourly rate of depending on your level of education as follows:
Undergraduate Students: $25/hr
Graduate Students: $30/hr
PhD Students: $35/hr
