Role Summary

The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting the launch and ongoing operations of Gotion’s Giga IL brownfield facility. This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with organizational goals. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and workforce development, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ramp up of the Gotion Giga IL brownfield facility, including the development and implementation of all HR policies and procedures.
  • Help with hiring and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
  • Oversee training and development programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge they need to be successful.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other plant managers to resolve HR issues and concerns.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in leading and managing people.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 + 20% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
