Hands-on HR Specialist supporting hiring, onboarding, employee administration, and daily HR processes for the U.S. team. Initially focused on recruitment, expanding to full employee lifecycle tasks, employee support, engagement initiatives, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, and Operations.
We are looking for an HR Specialist who enjoys working across different areas of Human Resources.
This is a hands-on role where you will support hiring, onboarding, employee administration, and day-to-day HR processes for our growing U.S. team.
At the beginning, recruitment will be a significant part of the role, with responsibilities gradually expanding across the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:HR Operations- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Support day-to-day HR administration.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and requests.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Support internal HR projects and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with recruitment and HR administration.
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with ATS and HR systems.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Experience supporting U.S.-based employees.
- Experience recruiting for operations, engineering, or technical roles.
- Experience in technology, fintech, crypto, or high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with U.S. employment practices.
- Experience with Workable or similar ATS platforms.
- Experience using AI tools to improve HR processes.
