The Bilingual Learning & Specialist is responsible for the coordination and delivery of learning solutions, including live classroom training, webinars, and self-paced learning to support the educational needs of the organization. The Training Specialist reports to L&D leadership.

Personal Delivery of Learning Solutions

• Facilitate and Deliver Instructor-led training (ILT), live workshops, and classroom training courses and programs (such as new hire training and continuous education for customer service, business processes, software, leadership skills, etc.)
• Support the Learner Experience Design team as needed with updating and creating training content, curriculum, and other learning solutions
• Support learning and development, training, talent development, HR, and organizational initiatives as needed.

Coordinating and running L&D programs and initiatives

• Scheduling, coordinating, and running training classes, employee development courses, instructor-led training (ILT), live workshops, and other L&D courses and programs
• Scheduling, coordinating and running coaching, mentoring, and shadowing programs
• Learning Management System (LMS) administration, curation, scheduling, assigning, and reporting
• Coordinating with Workforce Management (WFM) and operational leadership to schedule and deliver both live and self-paced training
• Track and report on training delivery hours, training effectiveness, and learning outcomes

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English and Spanish at a professional level

• Travel requirements: Able to work between Chicago and Naperville. Further travel possible up to 25%
