Position Overview:

The Campus Recruiter will partner with Talent Acquisition and various internal departments and branches to assist in planning and executing the campus recruitment strategy for full-time and internship hires, as well as other functional recruiting support. You will work in conjunction with hiring managers in different regions across the company to proactively source, screen and procure new hires into various departments. As the Campus Recruiter, you will be the face of the organization for prospective students, taking them through the full-cycle recruiting process from application to hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with other recruiters, HR business partners, functional leaders, and campus stakeholders to execute campus strategy
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process from application to hire
  • Source professional candidates using web-based recruiting methods and social media, as well as traditional means of referrals, networking, professional organizations and job fairs
  • Assess candidate fit to Echo profile through screening resumes, conducting initial phone and in-person interviews and managing any additional interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Operate with a sense of urgency to manage high volume recruiting activities with a strong attention to detail to ensure both a consistent and timely candidate experience
  • Provide candidates with an excellent interview experience from start to finish
  • Manage pipeline and candidate activity on a day to day basis keeping workflows clean and organized
  • Track ROI (conversion, retention, diversity, etc.) from campus recruiting efforts and leverage data to meet recruiting goals
  • Assist department points of contact (POCs) with coordinating college campus activities and events
  • Attend recruiting events and interviews as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with targeted Universities, candidates, affinity groups and professional organizations
  • Assist with the coordination of on-site activities, including the annual Summer Intern Program
  • Pipeline talent and drive proactive recruitment strategies to anticipate future openings
  • Build relationships and maintain a network of qualified candidates to support future hiring needs (talent pools)
  • Spearhead recruiting/campus based projects on an as-needed basis
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview documentation and data in applicant tracking system
  • Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment, campus recruiting preferred
  • Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to find and then position opportunities with qualified passive candidates
  • Ability to generate a high volume of quality and diverse candidate pipelines under tight timelines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to work independently and produce results within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Experience with MS Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and up to 40% during campus season
