Position Overview:

Echo is looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition team and ideally based out of our Chicago Headquarters. This individual will be responsible for supporting our Corporate Business functions such as Finance, Marketing, or HR as well as our Managed Transportation Dept. You will work in conjunction with department managers and contributors to identify the best candidates for our roles.

General Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment for multiple job requisitions across the organization
• Perform all day-to-day activities necessary to ensure that open positions are filled with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner.
• Assess past experience, communication skills and technical knowledge
• Schedule candidates and conduct face to face interviews when applicable.
• Track all candidate correspondence and pipeline in our applicant tracking system Workday
• Create new hire offer letters and work with the HR Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Corporate or Agency Recruitment experience across multiple functions and skill sets
• Strong business acumen and professional communication skills
• Self-managed and motivated and detail-oriented
• Enjoys and thrives in fast-paced, fluid work environment
• Ability to follow through with tasks to their completion
• Bachelor's Degree a plus but not required

Work environment/physical demands summary:

This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
