Director Equity and Executive Compensation

As a Director Equity and Executive Compensation you will use your expertise to support the Total Rewards team to oversee the design and execution of the overall global, equity and executive rewards strategy and associated programs (including base pay, equity, annual and ad-hoc incentives, and perquisites). You will be working closely with the Global Head of Total Rewards on matters related to our Compensation Committee. You will be accountable to drive results by directing the administration of executive compensation programs including long-term incentive and equity programs, and other program elements. You will partner with Human Resources leadership and regional Reward Leaders, as well as internal teams in Finance, Legal, HR operations to address business needs, provide guidance and ensure successful outcomes.
Primary accountabilities:• Review and evaluate all elements of executive compensation, including cash and equity programs, ensuring integration and alignment of executive pay with overall company goals and objectives• Analyze peer pay levels and plan design for executive management (including regular review of Proxies, Forms 4 filings, 10-Ks, 8-Ks)• Conduct competitive compensation benchmarking for executive population, including performance-based programs• Evaluate emerging trends, conducting benchmark comparisons, and monitoring legal and regulatory developments• Oversee the effectiveness and execution of overall global rewards strategy, equity programs and associated policies/plans• Develop and provide recommendations for executive pay packages as needed• Prepare materials for 5-7 Compensation Committee meetings / interactions each year• Drive the administration and strategic direction of stock related programs and policies. You will do this through collaboration and partnership with our operations team, external vendors and platform management.• Develop communications plans and content to effectively communicate our equity-based plans and improve participant understanding and engagement
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics or a related field• Demonstrated experience in analytics and acute attention to detail• Intellectual curiosity to think creatively, learn quickly, skilled problem solver, and build efficient solutions• Business and financial acumen• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
