Department OverviewThe Rewards COE, within HR, is responsible for global compensation and benefits. Global compensation includes 1) executive rewards, 2) broad-based compensation, and 3) equity administration.
Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and consultants.
Develop, implement, communicate, and manage the company-wide compensation strategy and programs to support business objectives.
Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, implementation, administration and communication of all broad-based compensation programs, including job hierarchy, base salary and annual bonus plans across the organization.
Direct the global annual compensation planning process for base salary increases and annual short and long-term incentives.
Lead special projects to expand program offerings, enhance process automation, drive system enhancements (as necessary) and manage overall continuous improvement in compensation programs.
Ensure programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and all applicable government regulations.
Direct the proper evaluation and placement of jobs in the organizational structure. Direct the creation and maintenance of the internal job hierarchy and ensure consistency of titling and compensation levels/targets.
Determine the benchmarking strategy and salary survey process to ensure competitive pay and global market competitive positioning.
Develop a high performing team that works collaboratively across the global organization.
Oversee periodic equal pay analysis to ensure internal equity.
Develop communication materials and programs to educate and inform management and participants of the key features and potential value of the compensation programs.
Evaluate and analyze areas of opportunity for process improvements and technology advancements to improve work processes and operating efficiencies.
Be a sponsor, strategic partner, and thought leader for compensation globally by utilizing data insights to make decisions, applying deep subject matter expertise and by staying on top of best practices, benchmarks, and the latest compensation approaches.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in compensation
Expert knowledge and experience developing compensation strategy for a publicly traded company
Exceptional analytical ability and business acumen
Experience in building, developing, and scaling compensation programs globally
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and change management skills
