The Talent Development team is on the search for a Talent & Performance Management Lead to develop and implement global standardized processes for how we identify, measure and retain top talent. This senior individual contributor role will drive the design and implementation of our talent and performance strategy, processes, and tools for the global succession planning process, developing future capabilities to deliver a high-performance growth culture and business success. We are seeking an innovative HR professional with center of excellence experience and expertise in building processes and implementing talent and performance solutions.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have 8 years’ experience in talent/performance management, diversity, organizational development or related fields, with a successful track record in managing complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior executives
Minimum 3 years of developing and implementing talent practices and/or organization development solutions (from ideation through implementation and analysis)
Demonstrated knowledge of leveraging talent systems to support talent practices. Workday experience is preferred.
Experience in large, matrixed and multinational global organizations is preferred
A deep understanding of talent management practices, methodologies and insights into talent and performance trends within the future of work. (Hybrid teams/ remote work).
Knowledge of how best to utilize current technologies, Workday, to standardize talent practices globally to provide a global view of our talent
Passion and excitement about creating impactful and meaningful talent processes for our associates & leaders for them to achieve their potential in a culture of on-going, assessment of growth and performance

Impact You'll Make
Provide professional expertise in leading the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
Standardize global scalable talent practices - how associates best receive feedback on their work; how leaders identify and align on critical talent to retain; how best to capture development and retention plans for critical talent; how we track critical talent development plans; how associates are put forward for promotion; how leaders align and calibrate on performance for their teams and how this all ties into our pay for performance culture and reward strategies.
Collaborate with HR Information Solutions to design talent management processes that aligns to the associate journey (e.g., performance management, development planning, succession planning, workforce planning, and talent marketplace). Enable Workday to support the process for global visibility.
Work closely with the HRIS to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
Manage/coordinate the delivery of annual cycles, working closely with other Subject Matter Experts (Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Communication and HRBPs to ensure effective delivery.
Design and facilitate training for Leaders and the HR Business Partner group to ensure they are ready to coach and facilitate the talent practices.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on internal career mobility strategy to ensure we are seeking internally first. Create process and design for internal talent pools that allows for easy succession decisions, access to global talent for projects, assignments/ roles.
Keep a lens of fairness and ways to mitigate unconscious bias within the talent decisions – who are leaders putting forward for promotion? What criteria are they using to align on top talent? How are we ensuring we aren’t missing someone?
