Position Overview:

Echo is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Talent Operations Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions and work to efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.

Responsibilities:

The Talent Operations Coordinator can shift seamlessly between varying priorities, from acting as an internal resource for employees to managing the timely and accurate data entry and file maintenance for various audits.

  • Maintain Echo’s Human Resource Information System, UltiPro, by updating the homepage, employee records and user access as well as providing general user guidance for employees
  • Be accountable as the primary owner of systems updates and process changes within HR and Echo systems 
  • Provide basic support for employee payroll and benefits questions, such as inquiries surrounding the administration of payroll/benefit policies and procedures, and appropriately escalate high-level questions to Payroll and Benefits Supervisor
  • Support the HR email inbox, including the distribution of emails to appropriate members of the Echo Talent team for escalation
  • Support the Onboarding and Offboarding process of Echo employees in regards to systems access
  • Ensure collection and capture of employment documentation for personnel, payroll and HIPPA files
  • Support all payroll, HR and benefit related audits
  • Maintain employee time keeping and time-off records in the time management system
  • Review and process employee benefit changes
  • Present Echo’s benefit orientation for new hires on a regular basis

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years’ Human Resources administrative experience, or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Interest in pursuing a career path in HR operations
  • Ability to handle highly confidential data with integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to work with diverse, creative, professional people in a fast-paced and high growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to simultaneously manage projects and daily administrative tasks
  • Self-motivated; able to drive and own initiatives
  • Exhibits a customer service focused attitude and approach
  • Highly adaptable and flexible; able to navigate competing priorities
