Your Life As A Maven:

  • Lead team under People Experience (HR Operations) 
  • Oversight of day-to-day HR Operations processes, such as new employees onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and other work at the base core of the function.
  • Provide support on projects such as acquisitions or internalization of employees; be the voice of HR processes and provide guidance on how to navigate the associated systems and procedures
  • Respond to advanced employee concerns, be available for consultations with employees, and help drive the team to procedural solutions wherever possible
  • Improve existing processes and lead projects on the development of new processes to keep the team scale with Atos
  • Partner with other functional teams to ensure a comprehensive, holistic, employee-centric and legally compliant approach to HR processes
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Work collaboratively with our People Business Partners. 
  • Manage employee relations and respond to employee questions regarding benefits (including parental leave), systems, performance, compensation, company programs and policies.
  • Keep our people data up to date and accurate in our people operations systems and tools.
  • Update existing processes, policies and systems to ensure they are compliant (e.g. employee handbook, resource documents).

Your Expertise:

  • 5+ years of work experience of HR Operations including areas in payroll, benefits, HRIS management.
  • Ability to work independently and adopt a proactive approach to resolving complex system issues
  • High degree of customer service focus experience
  • Ability to perform under pressure in meeting deadlines
  • Functional knowledge of Human Resource business process of payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee relations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Experience with workforce reporting using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with HRIS and/or payroll processing systems, preferably ADP WorkforceNow or similar. 
  • Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
