West Monroe is seeking a full-time HR Operations Sr. Specialist to join our Shared Services function. Reporting to the HR Operations and Compliance Manager, the ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be involved in many HR Operations processes from overseeing the Employee Service Center, digital reward and recognition, HR compliance, leading function and firmwide projects, supervising completion of employee life cycle events, benefits and payroll administration, and business acquisition support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Employee Service Center:
• Ensure employee cases are effectively resolved within Service Level Agreement parameters
• Identify process/workflow improvements
• Ensure knowledge articles are accurate, current and effective
Digital Reward and Recognition:
• Lead tactical administration of the new Shout Out! platform
• Partner with the HR Operations and Compliance manager on reward and recognition strategy
• Lead rollout of new Shout Out! features
HR Compliance:
• Support the HR Operations and Compliance Manager with employee state law compliance, including research, preparing recommendations for legal review
• Ensure physical and digital posters are compliant
• Support immigration and global mobility cases under supervision of the HR Operations and Compliance Manager
Employee Lifecycle:
• Support orientation facilitation
• Ensure integrity of employee data entry
• Act as main backup for employee lifecycle event processing
Benefits and Payroll Administration:
• Support benefits enrollment process
• Support the administration of the annual open enrollment cycle
• Support the Benefits Manager with other general benefits administrative tasks including monthly benefits audits for health and welfare requirements
• Auditing enrollment deductions
• Process benefit related payroll changes
• Support ADP reporting requests
• Support payroll tax compliance
General HR Responsibilities:
• Create HR reports, PowerPoint presentations and other communication collateral Process mandatory census reports, including EEO-1
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
• Play an active role in the execution of projects, including leading some projects
• Effectively communicate needs, progress, roadblocks and changes to projects
Requirements:
• Experience leveraging ServiceNow or similar enterprise service management tool
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced excel skills
• Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and work quickly and accurately with minimal supervision
• Ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with other Shared Services departments
• Prior experience working with web-based payroll administration systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Prior experience working with a web based HRIS system preferred
• Experience with DocuSign preferred

Education/Training/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
