Purpose:
The role of the HR Analyst serves at the primary contact and support for all employee lifecycle insights through the management of HRIS to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This role will also work directly with business leaders and coworkers regarding performance, talent management priorities, and employee relations to drive superior business performance. This role will report to the Sr. Talent Partner and collaborate with the Talent Rewards Manager and Talent Programs Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with HR leaders and business leaders to analyze and identify areas of improvement related to the employee life cycle.
- Leads the collection and assists with the analysis of HR metrics to gain insights and help drive the development of people strategy. Creates talent dashboards and brings insights to drive talent decisions.
- Owns the HRIS system administration and file management.
- Assists coworkers and management with questions, concerns or requests regarding benefits, leave practices and policy practices. Completes and maintains records associated with these requests and questions.
- Engages and facilitates full cycle of onboarding/off-boarding and exit processes, including back-end operations for coworker moves.
- Supports the talent management processes within our HRIS systems, including compensation administration, performance management, succession and benefits.

Background and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or demonstrated experience required.
- 2+ years related experience in human resources required; at least 1 year working with Human Resource Information and Benefit systems
- Advanced skillset working in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with data entry, data manipulation and data insights
- Must have strong organizational skills, ability to influence without authority and attention to detail.
- Understanding the interdependencies of the employee life cycle
