Jr. Recruiting Coordinator

Overview of the role:
Kazoo is looking for a Jr. Recruiting Coordinator to help manage open reqs, schedule interviews, and fill internal roles. As a Jr. Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in partnering with the Sr. Recruiting Coordinator to help build and find the best talent for the team while assisting & coaching candidates through the interview/offer process.
What you'll do:
Build relationships with candidates to understand their key motivations and assess cultural fit
Coordinate in-person and phone interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Understand, document, and track recruiting data using our ATS, including reporting on requisition and recruiting activity.
Determine applicant qualifications by understanding job requirements and comparing to candidate qualifications.
Answer candidates’ questions regarding offer terms and benefits when needed
Small portion (~20%) of this roles responsibilities also includes general HR Administrative tasks such as Data Entry & Organization as well as assisting with the new hire and onboarding process.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to use good judgment in sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality
1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, Administrative, Customer Service, or other similar roles a plus
Prior corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life-cycle recruiting a plus
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience including tracking and managing candidates a plus
