Being a Learning & Development Specialist at iManage means…
You will play a key role in the development of our growing global employee base by building, executing, and facilitating impactful learning experiences. iM responsible for…
- Supporting the development and coordination of learning activities across all global job functions consisting of over 800+ employees
- Developing content for manager enablement toolkits to support key points in the employee lifecycle (i.e. how to have a performance conversation)
- Consulting with department leaders to assess the learning needs of each group, developing solutions and leading the design, development and implementation of interactive learning solutions
- Engaging with subject matter experts throughout the organization to build a community of appropriate learning resources
- Sourcing training content that will support function-specific learning paths
- Implementing creative delivery methods and utilizing various software solutions to optimize engagement with learning content
- Formalizing a mentorship program
- Developing reporting systems and metrics to monitor the progression and success of program participants and the impact of the program on the business
- Facilitating Global NHO and implementing iterative updates/improvements
- LMS administration and content management

- Experiences and results that demonstrate I have helped others learn, develop, and grow
- Involvement coaching or training managers to manage with compassion and inspiration while driving for results
- Proven experience designing and developing creative training materials
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity and working experience with an LMS
- Knowledge of measurement and program evaluation
- Capability to adapt my communication style to a variety of global audiences
- Ability to complete projects with tight deadlines
- Strategic skills to quickly assess and summarize information
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in training and development, human resources, learning or a related field

- Experience working globally at a fast-growing software company and collaborating with stakeholders across functions, countries and cultures
- Working experience with Instructional design software, or video editing and animation tools
- Experience facilitating live training with a global population
