Manager- Diversity- Equity- Inclusion & Belonging
This role reports with the Global Head of DEIB to drive towards the achievement of our Diversity- equity- Inclusion- Belonging (DEIB) aspirations- with an emphasis on identifying and deploying innovative ways to drive engagement- inclusion and belonging.
What's on the Menu?
- Design and deliver events- initiatives and partnerships that drive engagement- inclusion- and belonging for all employees globally.
- Advise with various business partners to apply an inclusive design approach to support key business needs- goals and objectives through a DEI&B lens.
- Strategically leverage external modes of communications- such as social media- to grow KHC's industry presence and influence.
- Collect and ensure quality- accurate and timely DE&IB data and reporting by measuring progress and finding opportunities.
- Work with Leadership and Culture Academy and Functional Academies to determine innovative ways to create new approaches - in an agile fashion - that drive inclusion- belonging- and engagement - while incorporating capability development and illuminating connections between the company's enterprise strategy with our diversity- equity- inclusion and belonging aspirations.
- Partner with Learning Technology Operations team- zone and global communications teams to contribute to the creation of communications that will engage with employees- and to determine innovative technology solutions to deliver company-wide inclusive events.
- Provide support and guidance in the submission of external benchmarking surveys and awards to further enhance KHC's DEI&B capabilities and growth.
- Stay abreast of global data and trends in the industry and maintain up-to-date knowledge of global diversity- inclusion and belonging.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week.
