Provi is looking for a recruiter to join our growing People Ops team!
What you’ll be doing
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles (tech, product, sales, etc) helping hiring managers find, hire, and retain quality talent.
Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
Partner with leadership and hiring teams to understand staffing requirements and create sourcing attraction and hiring strategies to bring the best talent to Provi.
Strategically and creatively source tough to find passive candidates for current and future roles.
Ensure that candidates have an excellent experience throughout the entire interview process.
Help define, improve and maintain Provi’s employment brand.
Support Director of People in other HR initiatives: performance management, diversity and inclusion strategy/programs, employee engagement, culture, etc
What we are looking for
Must have 1-2 years of experience supporting a high-volume of full-cycle requisitions
Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Hireology) is a plus
Experience using talent acquisition platforms including LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Built In Chicago, etc
Prior experience working in a growing startup environment is a huge plus!
