What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

Vouch has a 3-HQ model: Office-Based, Office-Linked, and Remote-First. This role is Remote-First, which means that team members can work from anywhere in the U.S. so long as they can work during Vouch core collaboration hours (9 am-3 pm PT Mon-Fri). **While this role is remote-friendly, we have a preference for this team member to be based within the Central or Eastern time zones where the majority of hiring and support will be.

Role Responsibilities: 

At Vouch, Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) are essential in ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. A successful Recruiting Coordinator will be an organizational expert, enjoy communication with others, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Partnerships are essential across Vouch; as an RC, you will partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Candidates, and external employer branding and recruiting partners. Each RC will balance all partners while managing various priorities and promoting operational best practices in our environment of high growth. Thus, you will feel confident managing several projects simultaneously and enjoy the challenges of building a great organization of experienced individuals. Job Duties:

• Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and onsite interviews across the entire recruiting organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support ad hoc projects such as sourcing, university recruiting outreach, internship support, job posting audits, offer template maintenance, reporting, and management of employer branding partnerships
• Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process to ensure a great candidate experience
• Manage candidate flow and meticulously track candidates throughout the interview process via our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
• Provide People support by helping with new hire onboarding 
• Managing inbound candidate applications and some sourcing as needed
• Build exceptional partnerships with hiring managers, employees, and the recruiting team by fulfilling all scheduling requests promptly and supporting them with various recruiting needs

About you:

• 2+ years in recruiting or talent coordination
• Has managed multiple stakeholders with a customer-centric mindset
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail (you might even be a little obsessive on this, and we’re cool with that)
• Relevant experience with scheduling and/or calendar management (Google Calendar)
• Deliver a best in class candidate experience, customer-service mentality
• Ability to wear many hats while operating with urgency
• Managed multiple requests and tools at once, prioritizing and thinking quickly on your feet! 
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

Nice to have:

• Experience with Greenhouse and G-suite
• Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high growth environments
