The Recruiting Specialist is an essential part of the dynamic Recruiting team, streamlining and maintaining the hiring pipeline through interpersonal skills and fostering lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. With a focus on cultivating an outstanding candidate experience, you will be an expert at finding solutions that accommodate the diverse hiring needs and responsible for driving accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
  • Overseeing the background screening process
  • Editing and opening requisitions to internal/external site
  • Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
  • Take the lead on all scheduling logistics for your talent team’s needs including the coordination of onsite interviews
  • Manage complex schedules through Outlook, while being able to deal with last minute changes on the fly
  • Communicate interview details and assist in hosting on site interviews
  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters, the business they support and their candidates to drive an efficient process for providing the best candidate experience
  • Run reports as required and support tasks for ongoing TA system and data updates
  • Manage job postings on partner sites
  • Participate in various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis
  • Anticipate gaps in the candidate experience and be able to bridge gaps to provide exceptional candidate experience 

Requirements:

  • 1-year experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or administrative assistant in human resources or similar industry
  • Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced, high volume setting
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization of projects
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others and build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in handling high volume, data intensive tasks with a very high degree of accuracy
  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
