Position Overview:
We are looking to add a Senior Corporate Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition team. This position will be based at our Headquarters in Chicago and will report directly to the Recruiting Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process
Screen resumes and interview candidates
Refer qualified candidates through the selection process
Schedule interviews
Facilitate the interview team process to calibrate candidates, determine next steps, and refine sourcing plan as necessary
Extend employment offers, negotiate as required, and counsel candidates on corporate environment, benefits and programs
Work closely with the businesses throughout the search process providing consistent communication and client service.
Coach and influence managers, interview teams and team members on best practices
Provide guidance on interview and selection processes, practices, and tools to ensure teams are consistently following the process
Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, developing strong candidate relationships and collaborating with others to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process
Requirements:
5+ years' full life cycle recruiting experience
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ability to consistently identify and engage talented candidates across all disciplines within a corporate environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches, hiring managers, and projects simultaneously
Strong negotiation skills and an ability to influence others
Service-oriented with a history of building excellent customer and candidate relationships
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work with all levels of staff and management
Work environment/physical demands summary:
This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
