We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who has a passion for identifying talent for Corporate and Operations roles. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a positive experience.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for selling the Home Chef brand and possesses excellent candidate sourcing and selection skills. This individual must be able to work independently to source and close multiple positions with competing priorities and deadlines. You must be able to build and strengthen relationships internally and externally, as well as drive Talent Acquisition efforts through a variety of methods and techniques. Responsibilities:
- Forge strong relationships with HR, Corporate and Plant Leadership to understand headcount requirements.
- Drive the hiring process from sourcing and resume review through interviews, offer compilation, and offer negotiation.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by understanding organization workforce plans and objectives, meeting with managers to discuss needs and requirements of the roles.
- Builds and sources candidate pool by utilizing various recruiting strategies such as industry-specific resources, employment agencies, media, software, and internet sites.
- Champion inclusion and diversity in the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with other Recruiters to source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, etc.
- Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness.
- Deliver a brand-worth candidate experience.
- Use discipline in following the hiring process and documenting work in Lever, our company applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience full-cycle recruitment in a fulfillment center or food manufacturing environment preferred
- 5+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews
- 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
- 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches
- Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field: Business Management or HR-related concentration
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience
- Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers
- Relevant in-house experience gained in a manufacturing or fulfillment center environment, managing recruitment across multiple sites ideally
