Responsibilities

• Source, identify and interview high potential candidates for all levels of the organization using innovative, proactive and creative strategies to attract and obtain high caliber talent.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing pool of candidates through strategic sourcing and research.
• Build relationships and work with staffing firms, when necessary, to recruit for hard-to-fill or confidential searches.
• Provide continuous improvement to the recruiting process.
• Identify gaps with problematic requisitions and execute action plans to close the gaps.
• Drive strategic projects aimed at improving the way the organization attracts, retain and develop talent
• Participate in industry conferences and events.
• Understand the business and provide guidance and insight to management to help attract, retain and develop top talent.
• Partner closely with HRBP and Business Partners on shifting business and market conditions.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, talent data, relationship management, and due diligenc
• Solid knowledge of how to leverage multiple sourcing tools; Working knowledge of ICIMS, Ultipro and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Ability to effectively handle and manage highly confidential information
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing tasks to meet or exceed deadlines
• Customer service and team orientation that promotes collaboration and superior service delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and talent driven projects simultaneously while remaining effective in both a structured and ambiguous environment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Keen attention to detail, efficient and highly organized; articulate both written and verbally
• Superior work ethic, accountability and ownership of work
• Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
• A passion for diversity and inclusion is required
• Successfully adapts to a continuously changing environment
