Position Overview:           

Echo is looking to add a Sourcer to our Talent Acquisition team.  Ideally based out of our Chicago HQ, this position will report to the Corporate Recruiting Manager and partner with functional leaders across the business.  The Sourcer will generate candidate interest through outreach on LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards or sourcing tools.

 Responsibilities:                                                                                                                              

• Responsible for high volume candidate sourcing including initial candidate screens and referring qualified candidates through the interview process

• Facilitate the interview team process to calibrate candidates, determine next steps, and refine sourcing plan as necessary  

• Work closely with the businesses throughout the sourcing process providing consistent communication and client service.   

• Create a positive candidate experience to help build Echo's employer brand  

• Provide guidance on interview process to candidates and ensure positive candidate experience

Requirements:                                                                                                                                 

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience 

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities 

• Ability to consistently source and engage talented and passive candidates across all disciplines within a corporate environment 

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work; ability to multi-task and manage projects simultaneously when needed

• Service-oriented with a history of building excellent customer and candidate relationships 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work with all levels of staff and management

Work environment/physical demands summary:

This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
