As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, & the first leader of Talent Acquisition Operations you’ll drive recruitment process optimization by overseeing all recruitment systems and tools and their integration. You will partner closely with our talent partners, coordinators, & sourcers, to create scalable and sustainable systems that result in great experiences for both candidates and ActiveCampaign employees.

This newly created position reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and requires analytical strength, attention to detail, candidate obsession, and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment. What your day could consist of:

  • Support in developing the program and project management infrastructure for a growing TA organization
  • Partner with our TA team members to ensure ATS processes and metrics are accurate, as well as our LinkedIn Recruiter Accounts; Conduct data integrity audits and provide system maintenance and updates as needed
  • Oversee the Talent Coordinators and provide clear expectations around goals and priorities
  • Develop reports regularly for recruiter KPI measurement and Company communication
  • Advocate for new initiatives using research, data, and business metrics to derive insights and shape recommendations
  • Identify any new tools, systems, or technologies that will improve our processes and make the team more efficient
  • Collaborate with Talent stakeholders to develop a long-term strategy for talent reporting and analytics
  • Elevate our employer brand awareness in partnership with TA & Marketing 
  • Oversee and iterate as necessary on all candidate-facing collateral, developing solutions and modifications consistent with regional talent market culture and legal requirements
  • Partner with our larger People team to develop best practices within our ATS system and broadly educate our teams world-wide on how to ensure we are compliant and respecting the privacy of all candidates
  • Serve as first point of contact for all ATS troubleshooting from talent partners, HRBPs, and hiring managers

What is needed:

  • 5+ years experience working in Talent/HR Operations, Programs and/or Analytics - ideal experience working for a high-growth company. Prior recruiting experience highly preferred.
  • Consistent track record for identifying and launching process improvements
  • You are someone who thinks big picture, but also sweats the details
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytic and communication skills
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Customer experience mindset / obsession with improving processes to strengthen the experience for our candidates and teammates
  • Ability to work independently and in a team as well as to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and programs with a strong ability to partner with and influence cross functional stakeholders
  • Extensive knowledge of, and experience with Lever; familiarity with an HRIS (ideally Workday)
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and developing high performing teams - experience managing a remote team is a plus
  • Global mindset and inspiring leadership.
